Teaching Methodology  AIIHM adopts a unique teaching methodology. Well qualified and experienced teachers provide students with notes on each subject referring high quality relevant text books, for every semester along with the lectures.

Personality Development Sessions AIIHM believes in holistic education, which develops the overall personality of the students. Audio-visual teaching, case studies/discussions develop the mental ability of each student. Faculties continuously encourage and challenge the students by giving them more & more projects & assignments. Role plays, simulations, seminars & workshops help in complete development and grooming of students.

Semester system: Education at the institute is organized around the semester based credit system of study. The main features are continuous evaluation of a student’s performance /progress and flexibility to allow a student to progress at an optimum pace suited to his/her ability or convenience and specialization.

Appraisals: Students will be subjected to confidential assessments based on their overall performance. It is necessary for students based on their overall performance. It is necessary for students to maintain consistent performance throughout. Faculty members will help students evolve into all round personalities and offer them counseling regarding personal and professional problems.

Unit Tests: Students are continuasly evaluated through regular unit tests. The unit test results also carry weightage for calculation of candidate’s semester end result.

Foreign Language: In the age of globalization, difference in language must not become a barrier in communication. Keeping this fact in mind we offer French language classes to our students in a semester.

Attendance: A minimum attendance of 85% is required for each semester and during training period to appear for the final examination. Latecomers are marked absent.
